			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Hunter  gatherer diet (also  known as  Paleo diet) is a diet  plan that  is  based on the diet  of the people of Paleolithic age.  It  is  based on plants  and wild animals  that  people millions of years ago used to eat<em>. </em>The  modern  hunter  gatherer diet or paleo diet  excludes all types  of farm  and processed  foods and consists  of  fish,  meat, plant roots, nuts, fruits  etc<em>.</p>
<p></em>The  reason  why a  lot of  people like  the  diet  is quite  simple<em>. </em>People  living in the wild as hunter gatherer were physically healthy  and free of diseases  like diabetes,  heart disease, arthritis, depression  etc<em>. </em>They  did  not  have to wear spectacles  as their eye  sight  was good<em>. </em>All  of these  diseases and over weight problem arrived  when  we moved to the current  age. Therefore,  to overcome  these problems, why don&#8217;t we return  to hunter  gatherer diet<em>.</p>
<p></em>A  paleo diet shouldn&#8217;t  have  any refined  food and grains,  beans, potatoes, dairy, sugar  etc. which  are  available  from farms<em>. </em>The  diet  should include  berries,  meat, fish, fruits, nuts, roots  etc. that hunter gatherers used to consume<em>.</p>
<p></em>This  will  extensively  alter  the vitamin consumption  and decrease  calorie intake<em>. </em>You  can  start  with  getting  the paleo diet in the breakfast on  a daily basis<em>. </em>And  then  as you get  used to  it, you&#8217;ll  be able to  have it in all 3  meals<em>.</p>
<p></em>Mark  Sisson, a former world  class  endurance athlete  with a degree in biology  has published  a book about  this called  as  primal blueprint<em>. </em>In  the  book he presented primal blueprint diet  plan  based  on the paleo  diet  and  in addition  suggests a  few  other features  like lots  of sleep, moving around at a slow speed, lifting heavy things  etc. basically  the things that  hunter gatherers were used  to  do. And he suggests  that it’s  the eventual  way to live  healthy  and keep  an optimum  physique<em>.</p>
<p></em>You  will find  a  huge number of  diet plans available today  and plenty  are arriving  every month, nearly  all of that  have success rate under  10%.<em> </em>Moving  backward and having  a hunter  gatherer diet  could  be  the one required  for you<em>.</em></div>
